What is the agent allowance?

The agent's own budget for its work: reading your plan, tracing, furnishing, answering. It is separate from image credits, so an image is never charged twice. Max has five times Pro's allowance (US$4 a month of internal budget on Pro). You see what is left as a percentage, and an estimate before a task starts.

Do unused credits roll over?

Up to a quarter of a paid month's unused image credits carry into the next month: 100 on Pro and Team Standard, 500 on Max and Team Premium. Free's don't, and the agent allowance doesn't. Credits from a top-up never expire, and are used after the month's.

Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly on spacejot.ai, for the price of ten months.

How do team seats work?

Each named seat has its own monthly allowance, and the team's owner and admins choose who holds the seats. Shared projects, team assets, price books, permissions and administration are in the seat price, with no separate workspace fee.

What happens when I run out?

You keep viewing, editing by hand and exporting your work. Add a top-up, wait for the monthly refill, or move up a plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies at the next renewal.
